Dear Parents:
Enrollment is now open for the 2012-2013 school year. Due to the tremendous interest shown by prospective parents, and our new admissions process, we will strictly adhere to the following policy:
| - A $100.00 deposit per child is required for all students who will be entering Pre-Nursery through 8th grade for the 2012-2013 school year. This deposit is non-refundable and cannot be applied to the tuition of another child in the school. Additionally, the Registration Confirmation Sheet must be filled out and returned to complete the registration process. Please send back the form that is enclosed with this letter. Note: No registration will be considered to be complete unless a Registration Confirmation is on file in the school office and a deposit has been submitted. |
| - Any Child entering Arie Crown for the first time next year in grades Kindergarten through 8th grade must have an interview before a decision can be made about acceptance. Please contact the school as soon as possible to arrange an interview. Notification of acceptance/non-acceptance/ or wait list will be given within 30 days of the scheduled interview. Please be aware that the $100.00 deposit cannot be applied to another child’s tuition and will be refunded ONLY if the student is not accepted by Arie Crown. Birth date deadline for all new students is October 31st. |
| - An admissions document is required for all children transferring from another school. The admissions document is a confidential form shared between the applicant’s current school and Arie Crown Hebrew Day School. The form must be submitted by the school, or teacher, not parent. The benefit of the admission form is to support class placement as well as possible academic needs to support your child’s success in school. This form will be sent to you with a school registration form. |
| - Remember….in order to guarantee a spot for your child next year at Arie Crown, all registration confirmations, and deposits must be returned to Mrs. Goldwag in the school office by Thursday, December 22, 2011. Due to multiple families with the same last name, please fill in the parents first and last names. |
